A.P.C. opens in South Coast Plaza

Located south of Los Angeles, South Coast Plaza is one of the most exclusive malls on the West Coast. A.P.C. now has a boutique in the mall designed by Laurent Deroo Architecte, who achieved a subtle balance by juggling the brand's characteristics with the luxury inherent to the location. The store is arranged around four prefabricated modules like booths served by a central aisle, echoing the mall's inside walkway. The first unit is dedicated to accessories, the second and third to the Women's and Men's collections, the fourth to fitting rooms and the last to the checkout counter.

The white of the various structures and the wood of the panels contrasts with the deep khaki green of the floor and the display. The khaki is inspired by military canvas, an iconic element that has been present in the A.P.C. collections for many years.
