Percentage of female employees given a pay rise on returning from maternity leave during the reference year, where pay rises have been granted in their absence
Indicator 4 - A.P.C. score: 10/10 points
Number of employees of the under-represented sex in the top ten highest paid employees
Overall A.P.C. score: 96/100
