INDICATOR 1 - Pay gap between women and men

Progress objectives: Particular attention will be paid to the level of remuneration of all groups, taking into account an objective of eliminating unjustified pay gaps between women and men, for the same level of responsibility, of skills and results.

INDICATOR 3 - Percentage of employees who returned from maternity leave during the reference year and who benefited from an increase upon their return during this same period, if increases occurred during the duration of their leave

Progress objectives: Monitor the period during which women are increased upon their return from maternity leave so as not to be penalized by the index calculation method.
